Ute Härting gestaltet Visuals, Videos und Videoinstallationen seit 1998. Auf Pixel
reduziert und in Raster gefügt sind Realbildmaterial und grafische Elemente die
Mosailksteine für einen experimentellen Videomix. u-matics Projekte und Live-Video-
Performances zeichnen sich durch einen zunehmend minimalistischen Ansatz aus.
Die Zusammenarbeit mit Musikern und anderen Künstlern ist wichtiger Bestandteil
von u-matics Arbeiten. Die Projekte von u-matic werden auf Festivals, Ausstellungen
und in Clubs gezeigt.
Ute Härting is a Berlin based visual artist and motion designer. Reallife footage
reduced to pixels and grafic elements are the mosaic pieces for an experimental
videomix. u-matics projects and live video performances are characterized by its
increasingly minimalistic approach. Collaboration with musicians and other artists is
an important part of u-matics work. U-matics projects are shown at festivals,
exhibitions and in clubs since 1998.
